We’ll take your name and address, along with a date and time for us to conduct our first inspection, or to come with our gear ready in case of an active emergency.

Is pest control child and pet friendly?
Yes! Absolutely safe. We make sure any treatment to your building’s exterior and especially interior are applied properly and specific to your needs. We are very mindful about not treating anything you could come in contact with, or any area you could step over with wet absorbent feet (for example, wet feet from a shower, or from walking around the restroom). Hands and feet are the 2 areas on the human body which most commonly come into contact with foreign substances, and absorption into other parts of the body typically stems from this kind of contact, so we plan and execute our treatment to prevent that kind of contact most of all.
Should I be worried if I have a garden or greenhouse growing edible fruits or vegetables?
No! We make sure to never treat any gardens or greenhouses unless specifically asked for. If needed, we have green bio-friendly pesticides that will get the job done, which can safely be used in close proximity to edible fruits or vegetables. We can also avoid any other locations around the home at your request.
Do I need to leave the home when my technician is treating my interior?
No! Coleman’s technicians are properly trained to use the correct products which allow everyone to stay inside, experiencing no smells or irritation.
What if I see some ants or spiders between services?
No worries! Give us a call and we’ll come out for FREE! We call these visits “service calls”. If we have already applied treatment, all we ask is for you to allow 2 weeks after each treatment to give another call. We’ll make sure any issue is gone to keep you happy and pest free.
Can I choose when you come out?
Yes! We offer quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly treatments. We can also work around with your schedule in case you happen to find yourself not at home.
Can I pick a time when my tech can come by so I can make sure I’m home?
Yes! We offer timed appointments to best fit your needs any time of day. All we ask for is a 2 hour window so the technician can get there in a safe timely matter.
Do we offer warranties for any destructive pest?
Yes! We offer warranties on many things, but most commonly termite warranties. Our annual warranties are offered to provide you peace of mind for any inconvenience in the future. When it is time to renew, we do a full home inspection to make sure everything is looking great going into the next year.
